Help Finding a Rental Home

We will coordinate to help find you your first rental here in Costa Rica. Includes 2 online consulations and a full day together looking at rental properties. Includes help securing a short term hotel room while we look. $299 Add additional days for $250 each

Help Finding a home to buy

We will coordinate together to help you find your ideal property here in Costa Rica. Includes 2 video consultations and I will be with you for a full day of exploring housing options. With an introduction to a trusted realtor here in the Sourthern Zone of Costa Rica that will work with you to help find the home of your dreams, you will be on your way to finding your place in Costa Rica. We can help you find a short term rental while you are looking if needed as well. $325 Add additional days with me for $250 each

Coffee Meet up in Uvita

When you come to Uvita and want to meet up to chat over coffee. We can talk about all things Costa Rica, the weather or life in general, you choose the topic. This is a great way to show your support for the channel! Up to 3 hours. No politics allowed however. $149

A Fun Full Day in Uvita

We will start the day early and explore the fun things to do in the Uvita area. We can hit the tourist spots or venture off the beaten path for adventure and/or knowledge. (Includes a 30 minute video planning session) A full 8 hour day. $249 Price for 1 person 2 people $299 3 people $349 Additional days $225 each * Fees for attractions not included if required.

Pick you up at the airport

When you get off the plane in San Jose I will be there to meet you. Not only that, I will take you all the way down to Uvita or other areas in the Southern Zone. 1 person $499 $199 for each additional person *Does not include return to San Jose Airport

Photo or Video Recon

We will provide photo and video images of the exerior and interior of a prospective home, including 360 imaging. $200 per home $500 for 3 homes Add drone imaging for an additional $100 per home

Full week Deluxe Program

A full week together starting with Day 1, where I will meet you in person (Up to two people) at the Airport in San Jose and bring you down to Uvita or near by town . I will help you get settled into your hotel room when we arrive. The next day we can meet for a planning session and begin exploring the Uvita area or looking for your home. We will have 6 days left to explore the area and/or look for your home. In this time we will meet with at least two different realtors as part of your home searching journey. This program includes 4 planning consultations before you leave, help securing a hotel room, introduction to a trusted Realtor, meeting some of my favorite people in Uvita, exploring some of the fun things to do here as well as getting to know the town. Photo and video recon for up to two prospective properties included. This program can be for buying or renting. $1899
