With our boots on the ground we can help you find the location you need, whether you prefer the cooler climate of the higher elevations, or to be near wildlife, nature, or the beach, we will find the options for you to choose from. We also understand that the details are important, so we will ask you the right questions and provide suggestions that you may not have thought of in order to ensure that we find you a home that is perfect for you and your lifestyle.

The Process

1. You contact us via email to let us know what services you are interested in.

2. We then send you a form to fill out that will help determine what you are looking for in a Home.

3. We talk online about your requirements in the 1st online meeting.

​

4. I do the research, including consulting with a trusted local realtor, and find some potential homes for you.

5. We have our 2nd online consultation and I report back my results.

​

6. You come to Uvita or nearby location where we will meet and look at prospective properties with the real estate agent.
